This week in History, silver class have been continuing to study the Indus Valley with Miss Merraoui. One of the focuses was on the type of jobs which they would carry out if they lived in the Indus Valley over 4000 years ago. The children created their own job adverts.

Keelie was looking for a hardworking and reliable toy maker, so we held some class interviews to see who would be up to the role. The three main candidates were Leon, Thomas and Lexi. We will let you know who go the job next week.

In RE the children are studying Sikhism. This week they have looked at ceremonies and compared them with our own western ones.

In English the chn are studying the structure of poetry and having a go at creating their own in different styles. This week one task was to adapt a poem by James Carter.
