Bonjour! We have had a lovely four days here in Silver Class.

In English we have been rapping as part of our new poetry unit.  The children have shown a huge progression in their confidence when performing and their enthusiasm is great to see.  Suzanna has been awarded a merit certificate this week due to her stand out performance of the 'Cat Rap'.

In Maths we have concentrated more on angles and how we can draw them independently. The children have worked SO hard on this and I am really proud of them.  Jessica Leeming has been awarded our second merit certificate this week for her amazing effort in Maths, well done Jess!

A lot of our week has consisted of earning an invite to our reward afternoon on Friday.  We have been working hard to have continuously superb and positive behaviour, be kind to one another and try our best with everything we have done in class.  We celebrated our week by playing rounders and football on the field and we enjoyed ice lollies on the field...delish!!

This week Lee has brought in a fantastic piece of homework of a representation of a journey.  The detail that Lee goes to every week for his homework is outstandng and this piece of homework was no exception.  His homework was celebtrated by all the staff in School and we were all very impressed. All of silver class were all very proud of Lee and his attitude towards his work is something for all the children to look up to and admire.

A quick note to say spellings will be given on Monday.

Our star of the week is Reo, for a great week in silver class, well done!
