In the Sunshine Class this week……

 

We have done our learning around the ‘Stick Man’. We read the story, watched the video, ‘hot seated’ some character roles and wrote a letter to Santa to say ‘Thank you’ for helping the Stick Man, in Literacy.

In Maths we have been learning positional language, such as, on top, behind, under and between. This has been visible through our Continuous Provision this week.

In our creative time we have created our own Christmas decorations, been involved in creating a Santa’s Workshop in Role Play, and drawn a Christmas window scene.

In Phonics we have re-visited some sounds that we have found a little tricky over the weeks, and will continue this until Charismas.
