This week in Sunshine class we have been very busy.

We have been learning all about the Little Red Hen.

"The Little Red Hen cut the wheat, you get bread from wheat." (Alara)

The Little Red Hen wasn't very good at sharing. In Sunshine class we are good at sharing.

We have had lots of fun this week making bread. We had to measure the ingredients and mix it all together into a dough and then knead it to help it rise.

We learnt about different types of measures. We learnt Grams and Millilitres.

Our role play area at the minute is a  beauty salon. Througout the week different members of staff have visited for different treatments.We have washed and styled hair, painted nails and applied make up. 

Our Star of the week this week was Alara... what a super star.

Our merit certificates went to Lacie-Mae and Charley.

We finished the week with a walk outside and a sing-a-long on the outside stage.
