A massive welcome back after an incredibly busy summer! Where has the time gone? I hope you have had a fantastic summer and that you are ready for your final year of Pool House.

 

This has been a week of getting used to the new routines and expectations of year 6. We decided upon presentation standards for in our books in class, talked through the year 6 curriculum and created a class charter. .

 

We also began looking at our History topic for this half term – World War Two! We started by looking at real propaganda posters. We discussed what propaganda was, and what these posters meant before attempting to design our own propaganda posters.
