This week Bronze class have been looking at the artist Leonardo Da Vinci and his most famous piece of art - the Mona Lisa. We learnt more about why the Mona Lisa was so revolutionary for it's time and also how it was stolen in 1911! We then sketched our own Mona Lisa and then used watercolour paints to finish off our portraits in the style of Da Vinci.
We have also spent the week in English typing up our autobiographies, including our likes and dislikes and all about a key event in our life.
In PE we have been continuing to learning about types of balance and jump in Gymnastics, including practising our tuck, pike, straddle and half turn jumps.
In Mathematics we have been focusing on using a 100 square to help us add and subtract. The children have worked really hard and are now much more confident using a 100 square.
