In our English lesson we have been writing our own stories about deep see diving. The children decided who they wanted to see under the sea and what they would do.

          'Dougal got stuck in some sea weed and a shark bit through the net to rescue him' (Daniel)

          'Dougal and a jellyfish was playing hide and seek, the jellyfish got lost. A mermaid helped to find him' (Caroline) 

During our Maths lessons we have been looking at 2 digit numbers. Looking at tens and units and also comparing and ordering 2 digit numbers.

          'We have been ordering from the smallest to the biggest' (Reegan)

In DT the children have started making the playground equipment they designed. Keep checking back for photos.

          'I made a swing' (Lily)

          'I made a zip wire using lollypop sticks, string and blu tac' (Alan)

In History we have started looking at the first moon landing.

Wednesday was our summer fair, thankyou for your support with this. In the morning we had a little time to play on the bouncy castle. Have a look at the photos on our gallery.

Please can all children do their big talk and also 1 piece of homework off the homework grid each week. There were alot of children this week that hadn't done their homework.

If your child does not have their spelling book in on a Friday for new spellings you can always check on our spellings page to find out the new spellings. Spellings are tested every Friday.
