Another amazing week in diamond class. We started the week with our spellings after assembly on Monday and we have not stopped since.

Wednesday saw our visit to Ashton CSC again. In the DT session this week we made our templates for our head phone organisers. These will be made out of plastic for next week’s visit. In Science we had a biology focus this week. Mrs Ethell from Ashton CSC showed us the heart and lungs from a pig. She then cut them up to show us the insides. Go to our gallery tab of the class web page to see the pictures.

On Wednesday afternoon we tasted and smelled some spices with Mrs Johnson. Some smelled really nice and some did not.

On Thursday we finished our class hamper off for the competition. Thank you to Mrs Cann for all her help with this.

Today (Friday) was children in need day. We did big write work in the morning and then in the afternoon we had tickets to different activities which took place around school. Many thanks for the contributions for the Children In Need charity.
