I think the first thing to say this week is a big well done to all of Moonbeam class and their parents for the wonderful hamper donations. I'm pleased to say we came 3rd and the children are super excited for their film afternoon. (It certainly was a sweet explosion)

In English this week the children have continued to become poetry stars, they have been using their voice to show different expressions and instruments to add a little drama to their performances. 

In Mathematics the children have been learning about ordinal numbers they even enjoyed having a race or two! 

In science we have started to look at the different seasons and the weather associated with each season. The children enjoyed going outside to see what was happening. Might even start measure the temperature next week. 

The children have really enjoyed Children in Need activities this afternoon eating cakes, decorating biscuits and having their face painted. We even squeezed in some pudsey arts and craft activities.
