A short and sweet week this week.

This week we have pretended to be aliens and wrote about our adventures on the moon. We have made our own pictograms in Maths and talked about how we can look after the special people in our lives too. We’ve thought about questions we would have liked to ask Neil Armstrong and we all pretended to be him, so we could find the answers out to our questions.

On Wednesday Mrs Bennett came in for our music lesson and the children really enjoyed singing and using the instruments. We have also enjoyed lots of Phonics activities this week and worked hard whilst recapping sounds and blending real and alien words.

This afternoon we have enjoyed playing games to improve our team work and communication. We have all talked about what we like to do in School and what we enjoy. Here are a few of our favourites:

I like to play with my friends – Maddison

I really like Maths – Toby

I like our new games – Damian

I like to play with Harrison – Filza

I like everything – Mya.

Our stars from the last two weeks are Oskar and Lucy. Our merit certificates for the last two weeks have gone to Maddison, Dhayyan, Patryk and Mya.
