- On Wednesday we remembered all those who have given their lives for us in various conflicts throughout the years. We created our own poems of remembrance and war and then read performed these to the class. We also created our own war themed silhouettes. Look out for these in our gallery section!
- Today we celebrated Children In Need. We had lots of fun throughout the day with various Children In Need activities. We also created our own Pudsey Mosaics and created our own mascot for Children In Need and explained why it was a suitable alternative to Pudsey.
- On Monday, we continued to learn different gymnastics jumps and balances using the benches and mats in the hall. We are developing our skills and will be creating our own Gymnastic routines in January time so look out for them. For now, check out our gallery page of our Gymnastics progress.
- On Tuesday we began our new DT topic – creating cushions. This week we designed our cushions and considered the designs that we wanted on the front of them. Mrs Cole will be joining us in class for the next stage of this project next week.
- Throughout the week we have been manipulating fractions and finding common denominators in order to be able to add and subtract them.
