The end of our first week in 2018 has already ended. We have been very busy in diamond class. We have started lots of new topics in our subjects. In English for the next two weeks we are looking at narrative poetry. In science we are looking at the life time of a human being, from birth to death.

We have all coped well with missing Mrs Cann, who has left school to start a new job in a new school near to her new house. We are pleased to welcome Miss Brogan who has transferred from year 4 ( silver class ).

Today we have been very lucky again because Mrs Jackson from Ashton Community Science College is continuing to work with us in class to teach us amazing French.

This week our star of the week is Owen. Merit certificates went to Ruby and Gaby.
