The last week of 2018 in School has been extremely busy, filled with the pantomime, watching the KS2 carol concert and lots of treats.

On Monday we were very excited for our Christmas party, where we played lots of party games, ate lots of food and had heaps of fun. On Tuesday we enjoyed a treat afternoon watching the Nativity! with the hot chocolate Effie the elf had left us, whilst we coloured Christmas pictures. In the afternoon we has a Christmas quiz with Sunshine and Rainbow class and the boy girl power group won. On Wednesday we went to our pantomime to watch Cinderella. I have to say, Moonbeam class were very energetic, dancing and singing along to everything. We all loved it so much and I was really proud of how well they all behaved and how polite they were.  On Thursday we watched the juniors perform their carol concert and we finished off our crafts and presents to fill our Christmas envelopes to bring home.  I hope you all love your presents as the children have worked really hard on everything. On Friday we enjoyed our celebration assembly and attendance reward. Children who had completed all their homework from autumn work two, got to choose something from the prize box, got stickers and had a biscuit as a special treat, as promised.

Our star of the week is Joshua, who is always a star in class!

Our merit certificates have been awarded to Scarlett for always thinking of others, working hard and trying her very best, and to Elle, for always showing enthusiasm and determination in everything she does.

Our football stars this week are Etienne and Maddison.

Well done everyone!

This first term in Moonbeam class has been spectacular with lots of amazing things going on. The children have worked so hard and have progressed so much already. Thank you for your continued support.

From all of us in Moonbeam class, we would like to wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year! x
