This week Rainbow class have been doing their SATs!!!!!

The children were told that this was a practise SATs week as we did not want any worrying. After they had finished all tests I told the children the good news that I had tricked them and we were really doing the REAL tests! There was a lot of cheering after the news that SATs were over! 

I would just like to take the time to thank all the parents for helping and working so hard with your children at home. At times it may have felt like a lot of extra homework but it has all been worth it and I am SO proud of each and every child and the progress they have made! 

Today we are celebrating with a golden time morning and our attendance treat this afternoon. Yesterday we relaxed after our last test by watching Charlie and the chocolate factory (and eating chocolate of course!) 

This weeks merit certificate was awarded to everyone in Rainbow class for all their hard work and for making me super proud! You really are ALL SUPERSTARS! Our star of the week this week is Oscar. 

Have a fantastic weeks break everyone - you have all earned it!

I will see you all ready and raring to go for our final half term in year 2.
