This week in our class -

Monday - We have learnt about rhyme and repetition in poems.

Tuesday - We developed balance and coordination through yoga.

Wednesday - In Religious Education, we did Hindu inspired dances.

Thursday - We made pop up cards and played football.

Friday - We have been experimenting with shapes.

The Seaside

The beach is sandy and gold.

Always fun for the young and old.

Sandcastles being built on land.

Strawberry ice-cream melting in hand.

Children digging deep in the rock pool.

Grandparents in the shade, keeping cool.

A quick ride on the pretty donkey.

Children playing and splashing in the sea.

The seagulls hover around the bucket and spade.

Children showing off sandcastles they have made.

Kites are flying high in the sky.

Sit back, relax and watch the world pass by.

Sunshine at Seaside

As soon as the sun arrives,

The whole country comes to dive.

As soon as the sun arrives,

They rush into their cars to the seaside.

When the beach is full,

The world comes to have some fun.

When the beach is full,

Everyone can play in the sun.

The seaside is a lot of laughs,

People are swimming in huge baths.
