Science
The Curriculum Co-Ordinator's for Science is Mrs Yeulett
Science is a compulsory part of the curriculum for all pupils at every Key Stage. Every class in Pool House School has a broad and balanced Science curriculum taught weekly. Staff use the National Curriculum and the Lancashire Scheme of work to deliver the legal requirements for this subject. Guidance states all children should engage in 2 hours of Science each week. Staff teach the children the specific subject content as well as a range of 'Working Scientifically' skills for each topic.
